WOD for Thursday:

1.) 10 minutes- Work up to a heavy Split Jerk

2.) Perform 4X 90% of above

-Rest between 1:30-2:00 minutes-

3.) 6 sets:

90 Seconds Row for meters

3:00 minute rest between sets
