Drop-in Policy

At CrossFit Balance, we believe that drop-ins are part of the CrossFit community and we welcome those from out of town. However, drop-ins are limited to experienced CrossFit visitors only. CrossFit consists of highly technical, programmed, and intense workouts. Therefore if you’re new to CrossFit (or have little experience) and are looking to see what it’s all about, please check our free CrossFit Beginner Workouts instead.

1) Who? Visiting CrossFitters with at least 3 months of CrossFit Experience are welcome to register. If you are not a regular CrossFitter, please check out our BootCamps and other group classes at our adjacent facility- Balance Gym-Thomas Circle.

3) Pre-purchase, subject to our normal class drop-in rates at $25 per class (purchase here).  You are required to pre-register (up to 48 hours prior to class).  No drop-ins are permitted who are not pre-registered.
