Holiday Schedule: Monday regular classes except no 7&8pm class. (Regular gym opens at 8am and closes at 7pm)  Tuesday 9am and 10am class.

WOD for Saturday

No Classes at Crossfit Balance Thomas Circle. Instead we are all meeting at the Lincoln Memorial Volleyball courts at 9am to do a workout! Feel free to stay after, bring food, drinks, games and be ready to have a good time!

Keep in mind, we will not be having classes this Saturday in the Crossfit space. Instead we will be meeting 9am at the Lincoln memorial volleyball courts for a workout then hangout after.

WOD for Thursday

4X1 Turkish get up (heavy)

2X50’ waiters walk, Heavy(each arm)


Teams of three complete:

3000m Ski erg (one person working, switch every 250m)

While the other two work towards

4 rounds:

50 Dumbbell hang power cleans (50/35)

100 Double unders

*Split work as desired
