WOD for Tuesday

Back Squat

3-1-3-1-3-1

*All sets of 3@80%, singles go up each set

I go you go with a partner (1:1 work:rest)

4X300m row

or

group of 3

6X200m row, person that just came off the rower does 15 air squats before the person rowing is finished with their row.

*Complete Slow 20 air squats while your partner rows. Focus is on flushing lactic acid from the legs using your slow twitch muscle fibers
