3 rounds for time:

15 Power Cleans 115/85

45 Double unders

15 Push Jerks 115/85

45 Double unders

Then..

Core Cash out

3 rounds:

10 Hollow rocks

10 V-ups

10 Tuck-ups

10 sec Hollow hold

-rest 1min between rounds

Back Squat 6X2 with 70-80%

*First rep of each set is a 5 second decent and a 5 second pause at the bottom

10min EMOM:

Even- 20 Wallballs (20/14)

Odd- 5 Muscle ups/10 strict pull-ups
