10 minutes to find a 3rep max push jerk from the ground

With a partner I do a full round my partner does a full round:

3 rounds each:

12 Deadlifts 185/125

9 Box jumps 30/24

9 Hang Power Cleans 185/125

6 Box jumps 30/24

6 Push Jerks 185/125

3 Box jumps 30/24
