Suit case carry 100ft (both arms) as heavy as possible

Waiter carry 50ft (both arms) as heavy as possible

For time:

1000m Row

100 double unders

500m row

50 double unders

250m row

25 double unders

WOD for Tuesday

Deadlift 2X10

5 rounds for time:

5 squat cleans (185/125)

15 burpees to a bar touch

*do your burpees under a pullup bar that is close to 6 inches above max reach. Both hands touch the bar each rep

Partner workout: One partner runs while the other partner completes hang power cleans and muscle ups. When both are done with their work, switch.

20min AMRAP:

200m run

5 muscle ups

10 Hang power cleans (135/95)
