WOD for Saturday

Teams of 2 for time:

400m run (each)

100 Deadlifts (225/155)

400m run (each)

100 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

400m run (each)

100 Burpees

400m run (each)

*run as a pair together and split up the deadlifts, S2O and Burpees as you wish

“Jackie”

For time:

1000m row

50 Thrusters #45

30 Pull-ups

After Jackie…

3 sets of:

1 min DBall hold

1 min side plank (left)

1 min side plank (right)

Post times to the whiteboard

This is a very popular Crossfit workout. We performed Jackie about 1 year ago. If you remember your time from 1 year ago you can compare the differences. For those that don’t remember or haven’t done it yet you can now have a Jackie time that you can try to set out and beat in the future. GOOD LUCK!!!
