For time:

30 Pull-ups

After Jackie…

3 sets of:

1 min DBall hold

1 min side plank (left)

1 min side plank (right)

This is a very popular Crossfit workout. We performed Jackie about 1 year ago. If you remember your time from 1 year ago you can compare the differences. For those that don’t remember or haven’t done it yet you can now have a Jackie time that you can try to set out and beat in the future. GOOD LUCK!!!
