Partner workout

30min AMRAP:

Both partners complete a block run together

Then 2 rounds of: (break up reps between partners as desired)

10 deadlifts (275/185)

20 toes to bar

30 KB swings (70/53)

Double unders

*Sit ups (butterfly)

*Note if you are doing the open workout on Friday and you don’t want your abs to be really sore for Friday. Think about possibly scaling the 150 sit ups in Annie if you think it will affect you.
