Then

Partner workout

AMRAP 20min

Partner 1 does

400m run while Partner 2 does an AMRAP of

10 Strict HSPU or ring dips

10 Strict Pull-ups

10 walking lunges

WOD for Friday

Workout 17.1
For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box

Women use a 35-lb. Dumbell and a 20-in box. 

Time cap: 20 minutes

WOD for Tuesday

Deadlift 2X10

5 rounds for time:

5 squat cleans (185/125)

15 burpees to a bar touch

*do your burpees under a pullup bar that is close to 6 inches above max reach. Both hands touch the bar each rep
