Lately, we have experienced some slack after our open gym hours. Squat racks are out, old tape and water bottles are not thrown away, KB/DB are out on the floor. To continue the privilege of a open gym, PLEASE clean up after yourself. If you see someone not cleaning up- Tell them, or a staff member. Hold them accountable!

We are going to take advantage of the good conditioning we are in for two more weeks. Remember the
“The Dirty Half Dozen”- it’s time to retest it! During the next two weeks we are going to hit all the 6 workouts.
