Back Squat

Work up to a heavy single (no more than 6 min. Doesn’t have to be a PR, just a heavy single.)

At 90% of your heavy single perform;

Every 2 min for 6 sets

2 Back Squats *2 second pause in the bottom.

WOD for Friday 

Crossfit Balance Games is this Saturday at Thomas Circle, 10am-3pm. It will showcase some of the great athletes we have in our community. Come by- cheer on, hang out, watch some fitness and get inspired! 

 

This weeks skill is the Toes To Bar.

You will see a lot of different technique and positions on this movement. Straight legs vs bent legs.. There are no right or wrongs. The two videos are focusing on straight legs. If you can’t have straight legs, try to focus on a more knee-to-elbow type of kipp. 
It’s always a good reminder/warm up to break down the movement and warm up with the different steps. Try to do 5 reps of each before you start your T2B practice.
