WOD for Tuesday 

We are really excited to introduce our New Gymnastic Class, coached by Zoe Pond-McPherson!
When: Thursday’s at 7:30pm
Start: June 29th
10 min EMOM
5 Back Squats 
rest 2 min to change weight 
10 min EMOM 
5 Front Squats 
 
*Warm up to a weight that you can use for all 10 minutes. 
 
3 sets for quality:
30 sec side plank right 
30 sec side plank left 
90 sec plank 
rest as needed

We are really excited to introduce our New Gymnastic Class, coached by Zoe Pond-McPherson!
When: Thursday’s at 7:30pm
Start: June 29th
I was a competitive gymnast while growing up and began coaching in 2006. After I quit gymnastics I shifted gears and began playing lacrosse my senior year of high school. I joined the Division III Lacrosse team at my college and played all four years of college.  I spent every summer through college coaching at a gymnastics camp in Vermont.
I began CrossFit in late 2013 at CrossFit Balance Thomas Circle and started coaching classes when I moved to the Philippines in 2015. Since then I’ve qualified to Regionals as an individual competitor for the last two years out of Asia. In the fall I will begin studying at George Washington University for a degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy.
