Congrats to all athletes completing the Third Season of the CF Balance League with amazing performances! And a special thank you to everyone coming out supporting and cheering!

WOD for Saturday

Saturday is the New Funday!

Thomas Circle will be hosting the final weekend of the CF Balance League. First workout kicks off at 10:30am and we are hoping to wrap up at 2pm. Be there to support all our athletes.
