Back Squat

Work up to a heavy 4RM 

Do 5 additional sets of doubles at the 4RM weight 

 

10 min EMOM

7 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

7 KB Swings 53/35

*within the minute complete both movements, rest until next minute start. Scale reps if needed.
