WOD for Friday
We will weekly give you a skill work. Something you can do on your own- before/after class, during open gym hours or at home. We would love to fit everything in class and have you succeed on all levels, but there is only so much time. Truth is, if you really want to master something you need to put in some extra work. We will therefore provide you with the tools to work on your skills outside of class.

First week- DU’s!
We have three steps for you, see below. Review the videos and practice! Some athletes can move on faster and some athletes will need more time. Time doesn’t matter, you work in your own pace, but we will all hold each other accountable to get the work done.
Record and celebrate you progress, ask questions, do the work and have fun!
Every 90 sec for 8 sets
