WOD for Wednesday 

 

10 min EMOM 

1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat 

Directly into

10 min EMOM 

1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk 

Directly into

10 min EMOM 

2 Squat Cleans + 1 Front Rack lung each side 

Pick a challenging weight that you can maintain for all 10 minutes. You can use different weight for the three different EMOMs.
