WOD for Monday



Back Squat 


*3 second down, 2 second in bottom, explode up. 


4 rounds of:

1 min burpees

Directly into

30 sec of T2B

rest 2 min 

Focus on movement efficiency! That doesn’t mean slow, stay smooth and try to go on the T2Bs right after the burpees.
