40 min EMOM
Min 1- 1 Snatch
Min 2- 10/8 cal ski erg + 5 Burpees
Min 3- 1 Power clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk
Min 4- 15/12 cal row
*pick a semi challenging weight to manage for both snatch and the clean complex. Stay focused on the lift! Only one per minute so focus on hitting the rep with good technique and performance, no need to rush it.
